1. Acceptance of Agreement
By installing, activating, copying or using EasyCorpus ("Software"), the User agrees to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("Agreement").
If the User does not agree with these terms, the Software must not be installed or used.
2. License Grant
EasyCorpus is licensed, not sold.
The Author grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Software according to the purchased subscription.
Monthly license: valid for one (1) computer and active for one month from activation.
Six-month license: valid for one (1) computer and active for six (6) months.
Annual license: valid for two (2) computers owned and operated by the same User or legal entity and active for twelve (12) months.
Licenses may not be shared between unrelated users or organizations.
3. Ownership
EasyCorpus, including all source code, algorithms, drawings, interface designs, graphics, documentation and intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of the Author.
The User receives only the right to use the Software. No ownership rights are transferred.
4. Restrictions
The User shall not copy the Software except for backup purposes, distribute, rent, lease or sublicense the Software, sell or transfer the license, modify, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the Software, remove copyright notices, bypass licensing or activation mechanisms, or use the Software for illegal purposes.
Violation of these restrictions immediately terminates the license.
5. License Authentication
EasyCorpus communicates with the licensing server for authentication and license validation.
The Software may periodically verify license validity, activation status, software version and the device identifier necessary for licensing.
No personal design files or project data are transmitted during this process.
6. Updates
Every purchased license includes 24 months of software updates beginning on the original purchase date.
After this period, updates may require renewal or purchase of a maintenance plan.
7. Technical Support
Reasonable technical support is included during the active license period.
Support does not include custom feature development, training services, third-party software support or operating system troubleshooting.
8. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Software is provided "AS IS".
The Author makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted operation or fitness for any particular purpose.
The User assumes all responsibility for use of the Software.
9. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall the Author be liable for lost profits, production downtime, loss of business, loss of drawings or data, or indirect or consequential damages.
The maximum liability shall never exceed the purchase price of the license.
10. Termination
This Agreement automatically terminates if the User breaches any provision.
Upon termination, the User must cease using the Software and remove all copies.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia.
Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Republic of Serbia.
12. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the complete agreement between the Author and the User regarding EasyCorpus.
